1. Our Free Standard Shipping delivery date ranges from 12-16 days (excluding Sunday) after your order has shipped. If Expedited Shipping is available, the delivery date is 3-5 days after your order has shipped.
2. An order confirmation email will be sent after the purchase of an item.
3. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when we update the tracking number.
4. Please enter your order number and email address associated with the order and click "TRACK" and your order and shipping details will load.
Under normal circumstances, it takes 1-3 business days to process all orders and 12-16 days (excluding Sunday) for Standard shipping and 3-5 days (excluding Sunday) for Expedited shipping to take delivery of your order. An email with tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Shipping delays can occur for two reasons:
1. If an item is in high demand.
2. USPS delays - various reasons, which we have no control over.
Delayed Shipment Refund Policy: If an item has not been delivered 7 business days after the estimated delivery date, we will offer either a re-shipment or full refund for your order. Your choice.
Shipping information may not appear in our tracking system until shipment, so sometimes it may show you "Tracking does not exist." Please wait 48 to 72 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment. You can also send us your order number so we can speed this up for you.
Shipping information generally becomes available 48 to 72 hours after you have received your tracking email and your package has been shipped.
